Ingredients:
- 1 large head of Cauliflower
- 2-3 small red potatoes
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 c coconut yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
Directions:
- Steam cauliflower and potatoes.
- Puree cauliflower and potatoes in a blender with broth and milk.
- Pour in pot, add yogurt, salt and pepper to taste and simmer until warm and ready to eat!
- Top with green onions! Enjoy!!
