Ingredients: about 1-2 servings depending on how hungry you are!
- 2 cups almond milk or any dairy free milk
- 2 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tbsp of maca powder
- 1 scoop of plantbased protein powder (Flavor is ok it will change the taste, which could add even more yummy flavor)
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 4-5 cubes of ice
