Recipes, Salads, Uncategorized Chickpea Chopped Salad May 10, 2019 Ingredients: about 3 handfuls of chopped romaine1 cup of chopped cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, red onions and any other veggies you like.1/2 cup of garbanzo beans drained. (I like to add the garbanzo bean mixture from the chickpea tacos.)a few tbsp of pumpkin or sunflower seeds1-2 tbsp of hemp seeds1/2 c cooked quinoa Directions:Place all above ingredients in a bowl.
