Breakfast Recipes, Recipes, Uncategorized My favorite Old fashion oats May 11, 2019 Ingredients:1/2 cup of old fashion oats1 Tbsp of chia seed1/2-1 cup of boiling waterAlmond milkWild blueberries or any frozen fruit of your choiceSweetener of choice- maple syrup, coconut sugar or honey1 Tbsp of ground flax Directions: Boil a few cups of waterAdd oats, chia and boiling water to a bowl and let sit for about 5 minutesThen add flax, fruit, sweetener of choice, and milk.Enjoy!!
