Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of raw cashews
- 3/4 cup of water
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 green onions chopped
Directions:
- Boil a few cups of water on stove top pour over cashews and let sit for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes drain cashews and place cashews and 3/4 water in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy this deliciousness as a salad dressing, in tacos, wraps or as a dip!
