Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2-3 tbsp almond butter
- 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 ½ c almond milk
- 1 c baby spinach
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3-4 dates
- ice
Directions:
Mix all of the above in a blender and enjoy!!
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 cup of sweet potato
1 cup of black beans
1 cup of ground oats (not to a flour)
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 tsp of the following spices: smoked paprika, garlic, cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Smash all above ingredients and roll into balls and press into patties. Cook in Georg Forman grill for about 10 minutes. I triple the ingredients and freeze for later. When you want to eat pop one in the toaster to heat up!
