About Me
Hi my name is Bridget Huso and welcome to I am Committed! I am committed to my God, my family, my health, & the health of others! I have 6 amazing children 1 amazing daughter-in-law and an amazing inspiring hottie for a husband!! . I was taught that eating healthy was super important from the time I was a child. I’ve always been physically active and tried to eat pretty healthy most healthy of my life. As I started having children and the late nights, crying babies started to enter my life I started to turn to junk food. During Halloween I would eat a while bag of candy corn in a day! I still cooked from home pretty much every meal but sugar had become a staple! When my oldest daughter was in seventh grade she started having health issues. Things started spiraling downhill fast which led her to miss so much of her Highschool years and spend most if it sick. Doctor after Doctor couldn’t help her. So it was then that I was inspired to start my journey towards a healthier lifestyle and towards helping her and the rest of my family feel their best!! I’ve spent years trying and changing recipes, removing what I now know as toxic food and learning how to replace it with better healthier options.
Commitment is one of the most powerful words in the English language, so I don’t use it lightly. Every time you put food in your mouth you are either fighting disease or feeding it. My intention is to inspire you to fight and prevent disease. I want to help you learn and be committed to live the way I have learned to live. When you live committed to your health you will feel Amazing!!
No diets, measuring, weighing or counting. I eat WHATEVER I want, WHENEVER I want, as long as it is toxin free 90% of the time and I indulge in one of my old favorites about 10% of the time!!! I want to offer you a challenge! For the entire year of 2019, we are going to eat “whatever we want, whenever we want, as long as it is toxin free” 80-90% of the time! Throughout the year, I will teach you how to live this way. I will show you what I eat, share recipes and what I feed my family to give you ideas that will make it easier for you to change your lifestyle!!
